appeared before the Justice's Court of the City of Albany, New York, William Edmonds, who made oath in open court that it was bone fida his intention to become a Citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, pentatate, state or sovereignty whatsoever and particularly the King of Great Britain Ireland of whom he is now a subject
